The use of BIM in this process is therefore a matter of course. The BIM will also serve as a data carrier for NSI for the management and maintenance of the properties after completion. 

One of NSI's prominent projects that Based is working on is Well House. With a height of 86 metres, Well House will be one of the tallest wooden office buildings in the world and unique in terms of sustainability and well-being. Thus, the 22,000 sqm building will be Paris-proof in both construction and operation. Well House is expected to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certification. 

Based's work at NSI includes:

• Supporting and guiding in the digital transition;
• Standardise the digital construction process for all NSI projects;
• Compiling and monitoring the required information in the form of a company-specific Information Delivery Specification (ILS);
• Monitoring and controlling the integral BIM;
• Determining and recording the information requirements for digital asset management.
